Sarah Tokstad came to the Center for Chiropractic and Pain Rehabilitation in 2008 and is currently working both as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Chiropractic Assistant for Dr. Megan Ziskovsky. She has been licensed in Oregon since January of 2000.  Sarah focuses on deep tissue therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, and prenatal massage. LMT #7754.

Elizabeth Hendrix was trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Colorado in a 1,000 hour program. After her training, she relocated to Portland in 2006 and has been practicing massage in Portland since moving to the Northwest. She finds the best approach to massage to be a solid combination of deep tissue work, therapeutic and relaxation techniques and client education. She currently works as the Chiropractic Assistant to Dr. Marian Fish. LMT #12419.

Kathleen Judge is a native Oregonian who has been practicing massage since 1993.  She combines deep tissue, Swedish and heated stone techniques for pain relief, rest, relaxation and for the acceleration of the recipient’s inherent healing processes. Kathleen is proud to serve our community by promoting complimentary medicine and collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals at CCPR. LMT #4731.

William Neighbors has been practicing massage full time since 1995. He started working at the Center for Chiropractic in 2009. William is a graduate of Oregon School of Massage and practices Integrative Massage.  Integrative massage incorporates Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage techniques which are effective in helping patients who are recovering from injuries, in providing stress relief and with aiding in the recovery from the aches and pains of daily life. Debi Self has been employed with the Center for Chiropractic and Pain Rehabilitation since 2001.  She started out as a Chiropractic Assistant and in 2003 decided to pursue her dream of becoming a massage therapist.  Debi provides focused therapeutic massage using deep tissue and Swedish techniques. LMT #12943.

Maddy Turner has been employed at the Center for Chiropractic and Pain Rehabilitation since 2006 and has been practicing massage since 2007. Maddy focuses on trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage.
